i tried swype, but didnt get used to it.
i'm using HTC_IME at the moment, better than stock keyboard IMHO. But it doesnt incorporate chinese input, have to switch to Google_pinyin. btw enlothien, lol i called DiGi, the dude said will reset my line for me, ask me wait 10 minutes then restart phone. i did the exact thing, wait for like 1 hour restart again, still the same thing LOL.. i manage to get at least 2 bars of 3G outside my office, but the moment i step in the building, not more than 3 steps, my line drop to Edge. Then i called DiGi again, the dude said sorry sir no indoor coverage for your area. (apparently they have indoor and outdoor coverage, which is unheard of.. at least to me) i'm having a hard time holding back not to switch to maxis. damn lol, and they're having a road show booth in my office right now! |

hi mox123,
thanks for the feedback, yea my phone always switch between 3G and Edge, (lovely DiGi, lovely) airplane mode, i dont really use it. why do you use it, may i ask? do you travel often? or you just use your phone as wifi surfing device most of the time? update: hmmm i just checked again, i've put only 2G connection in settings for quite some time now (like 1-2 hours), the cell standby is still that same number. And if you going to use this method and to make your life easier, you can download an app call Phone Info that will auto bring up the phone information and no need of typing *#*#4636#*#* which I can't always remember wow thanks mox123. didnt know there's such an app LOL!i had to copy paste from my notes in the phone every freaking time |

QUOTE(shahz @ Mar 30 2010, 12:24 AM) i use auto sync..Any my usage has never exceeded 250MB so far..The most I ever pushed was 247MB which was the month I really watched a lot of YouTube videos. My sync is on all the time. GMail, GTalk, Twitter app, facebook, contacts, all of these are always on for me. And my battery delivers more than a day to me wow that's impressive battery usage! LOL! maybe i play too much games on my N1 Not to forget, the screen. I put it at maximum brightness to cherish the screen's resolution. How I get this? You must know how to take care of your battery and there is one core thing that you need to know in protecting this - I will explain it in LDC. I think many people really need to know about this. Added on March 31, 2010, 8:54 am QUOTE(TeraPox @ Mar 31 2010, 05:43 AM) my digi unlimited only cost me 58/mth... yup using that the 3g is not stable tho...;( same old question.. who r willing to help me make my bmw run faster? just hope the coverage would be broaden asap. i notice the speed is awesome as well. - when there is coverage LOL i always had to force WCDMA ONLY This post has been edited by xavier7: Mar 31 2010, 08:54 AM |
