Nothing it will still works just like example u use black but your phone is blue.

Your phone casing will be blue the software inside with be black like theme to suit the phone colour but your case it will just mixture of two colours

if i do hard reset,or soft reset, do the product code still intact or will it change to the original code?

I bought a chrome 5800 last week, so damn good ah !! there's a problem though

the first time i inserted a sim card it copied the contact from sim to phone. after that i tried a soft reset on my phone, now my contact is empty, i can see others' name when they are calling me, but i can't see anything in contact list. can anyone help?

maybe it's showing from your sim card. try copy back from sim card again?

Thanks XM, I managed to replace the Garmin folder in my MC and then copied the sw.unl over. Somehow, the font become smaller than before. All these are new settings?

soft reset will restore factory settings, so i think ur contacts in phone memory got wiped out.
i think most likely u can see their name when they call u is cuz of ur sim card
try copy ur contacts back into phone, it shud be ok

lol dont forget v40 got this charging bug... so when u plug in make sure u lock it again to off the lights...

It seems like the only theme that is semi transparent at the homescreen page is the original theme from 5530. Links already been posted a few pages ago.

Still awaiting semi transparent theme to be developed.

but i tried finding the option to copy again for quite some time already, i went to the nokia center too and the guy there is not very helpful =.=, i can find the option to display both phone and sim memory but nothing about copy sim contact to phone again.

i change product code to malaysia RED..(i tiru bro XM punya code FP, lulz)
so nothing diff. from the software color code right?

go to contacts > settings > contacts to display> tick sim memory untick phone memory

now ur contacts all got a little sign on the left to indicate it's sim memory

now click options> mark all > scroll down to find COPY

and there u go, can copy to Phone

after ur done, u go back to go to contacts > settings > contacts to display > tick phone memory untick sim memory

done!

almost 4th days already update..still good&rock

berjaya TS and pudu plaza r close? sry i duno the road there becuase im from penang but i do know that berjaya ts and lowyat plaza r v close only, cross a road, lorong and ure there.

im wondering if any of u hav the same prob as me. whenever u plug in the charger or the charger finish charging the screen stays on and nvr dim back on. this happens only when the phone is locked.

berjaya TS to lowyat is VERY near, just cross a overhead bridge and u can see lowyat. TS to Pudu plaza is also close, walk if fast 5min ++ can reach already.

Basically the area has many shopping complex like TS, lot 10, sungei wang, pavilion, lowyat plaza etc. TS walk to KLCC also can ubut need 30minutes XD
