I think you can request to take ur HDD I suppose?

and the laptop is not sent to the factory lol..

Highpoint Services will order the malfunctioned parts and replace it..

or At least get them to backup ur files onto an external disk?

Now we live in a modern tech society.. We should be able to identify what is Software/Hardware related problems.. smile.gif

Congrats to darkearth on his purchase..

Even if im getting an Alienware i'd prefer to get the 3 years Complete Cover warranty lol.. In case something happens who knows? biggrin.gif

LoL.. Fingerprint reader is a great feature.. Although I never installed the driver on my 6935G tongue.gif I feel its taking up boot-up time tongue.gif

A few cool features is u can use any finger and set it to launch applications that you want biggrin.gif

Please download CCleaner and install it.. Then Boot to safe mode and run its Registry Cleaner.. smile.gif Windows 7 has some issues with its registries.. Quite weird.. smile.gif
