If the troller really go combine live cats like that - I don't know what to say already about humans.
Worse than the microwave dog episode.

QUOTE(ahtiven @ Oct 19 2012, 05:01 PM)
Edit2: Did you guys not notice about the grayish Neptune and Battlerover too?? They are first time to be seen too.
That's why need to know whether these were custom made or some special Academy Korea version.
Kacaulah your neighbour, bro Ahtiven. I'm sure can get full story about those Zoids in 20 minutes.
My thinking is those are custom-produced 1/24 Zoids. Otherwise how to get the greyish clear parts on Megatopros?
If not - wow, Lionel and WIKD probably going to go hunting in South Korea already.

@cryonic:
You're on ZP too, correct? I think if you search through OLD sales post, maybe can find some Zevle.
Not cheap though. SGD600/- for Zargam, I think it was. Don't QUOTE me!

Some other info you might find interesing about Zevle lines - it looks like they come with 2 unpainted, unassembled pilots each! Somebody go buy one and confirm, please.

So the unpainted pilots in that Korean site are probably from other Zevle's but I want to know more about their Megatopros! Funny though - if they can make their own clear pieces for the kit, how come there are no pictures of custom-made Zevle Sandspeeda?

I so *Lol*.
Actually I just linked and looked at the pictures. Happy Lewis, eh? Make sure you update that info into Darwock's topic, okay? Sure Lionel and bro Ed go scout Yahoo! Korea now.

I don't fully understand the machine translation though. Does this mean that the clear pieces was made by TOMY also or some bleaching method? Wonder how they got TOMY to produce 20 pieces just for them? And with the box too! Most impressive.

@cryonic:
Based on the booklet of Zoids Graphics Volume 8 - Pteras, Sandspeeda, Megatopros or Shotwalker was NOT created for Zevle mass release. Only Bolide/Neptune and Landgallop/Battlerover for the Helic Republic.

Don't you want to try Yahoo! Japan for your missing 1/24 Zoids?

Thanks for sharing, cryonic.
I really don't remember why I never bought Deathpion in the 80s.
Does your OJR have the full canopy cover like the WAVE version?

From your collection, I'd say stick to completing the original 1/24 scale line before going to Zevle. Should be cheaper to do so, I feel. You can try writing to Lionel and AndiBcool at ZP, in case they have any for sale. I don't know if it will be any cheaper than Yahoo! Japan though.

====================

You guys think it would be cheaper to order TomyTec MSS Hammer Rock from Japanese site like HLJ, HobbySearch (about RM70, not yet postage) or preorder with local shop hobbynw.com (about RM108)?

XL-shop don't have it or even D-style Shield Liger for preorder yet. Wonder why?

NB: GWing hobby shop lists MSS Zoids will have Tampo printing. Meaning no stickers need to be applied?

Can write to Lionel using email at his website:

http://ultrasaurus.red.pagesperso-orange.fr/

Nothing much on his sales list at the moment though.

==============

I don't know why but MSS Hammer Rock starting to look okay with the chest beating pose.
With the small size, maybe I could turn it into an ape baby for Iron Kong Legends Blox?
Don't know if should wait for possible recolours. Tomytec follow TakaraTomy selling style, right? 1 Transformer mould must have more than 2 repaints?

I'm still holding onto the hope that the Rebirth line will continue in 2013. That would be a true Zoids 30th anniversary present for fans.

Yuppie doodie - the Zevle Megatopros box is image is the last one on the webpage that was linked.
Here it is again:
http://translate.google.com.my/translate?hl=en&sl=ko&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fblog.daum.net%2F7tankhk%2F3732578

I think the only image of the Zevle coloured Megatopros is the Header image for the website. Being database encrypted, I don't know how to direct link the image here. Noob hacker, bah.

@cryonic: if it's possible, could you help to find out if this was an official TOMY production or just fan-made like what Leoshop and Mechadioz does?

On another subject, how many here got the HMM Shadowfox already? Anyone dared to trim the teeth a bit WITHOUT using rotary/dremel tools?

Kotobukiya D-styles for less than RM50?
That's a wonderful deal. Shipping really cost so much for these kah, oh toy shops?

@Dreamworks: did you manage to take a pic of the Zoids in the store? It's been so long have not seen stacks of Zoids in retail display.

Someone, quickly! Show us your wall of Zoids, please.

@cryonic: Thanks for the share. Hopefully we'll see more 1/24-scale customs in the future. How do you ever find these websites?

I am very sad that it's spring-powered motor does NOT move the gatling gun. You can't even swivel the poor thing - it's stuck on forward firing positions.

Our super sifu, Edmaestro, was kind enough to provide us a review on this tiny creature. Check it out: http://www.google.com.my/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCEQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.zoidspoison.com%2Fzoidstalk%2Ffb.asp%3Fm%3D40092&ei=JAKiUPqKF9CIrAeYyICoDg&usg=AFQjCNErMRy76wUwFhg5PRu0uSdGwmtHWg&cad=rja

I would love to see D-styles and MSS go down to the RM50 mark. Is it wishful thinking to have these flood our local markets? I can dream, can't I?

Surprisingly, I'm okay with the small size of the Zoids Evodrive sets so I guess I'm warming up to the 1/144 of the MSS next year. Still, I'm so "should I preorder or wait?".

I was really looking forward to using that ZED04's gatling on my Legends Blox Kongs. Since it's attached with screws, now I have to continue my hunt for the LB Dark Horn. That's going to hurt more money-wise, I think, since I got the ZED04 for less than retail. It's kinda cheap on eBay now.

@ahtiven: Zoids girls? You mean those who knock on my door in their Panzer suits? Yeah, okay. Deal. tongue.gif
I would love to trade Mammoth with something else you've got but I'm scared you'll get very, very angry and we all don't like it when you get angry.
Built your Holotech Deathsaurer yet?

No, no, no. I don't know anything about any HMM CP and jaw. I hear, see, say nothing.

Nah - can I be so bad? Still in their plastic bag, sifu tuan sir.
When you going for meatballs at Ikea? Can bring Zoids and play at Smaland.

Anyone have spare Demon Lizard/Heldigunner Hi-1000 spring motor?
I need a working one, please.

@MyKy44:
Wow! Japan import of HMM Saber.
Was this through Yahoo Japan? Which 3rd party service you use?
I read that HMM Sabre is one of the more stable builds so you should have a lot of fun with it.

@Edmaestro:
If you ever come over to Sunway Giza to minum-minum or shopping, can meet there also. Come, visit Famitoy on Saturday mornings and start Transformers collection also!
Aaargh! That red Bloody horn - still so expensivelah. Tak tau bila nak dapatkan.

Well, I think the HMM Saber is a nice looking kit.
Hopefully the ball joints don't become too loose after years of display.

HMM Zoids really gone up in price for the Dibison. Probably not a lot of shops will bring that in. None yet at XL-shop.

Anyway, if you all are interested, there are the super tiny MSS Zoids to start collecting and build. Check out their website. 6 cm width? That's small.

Added on December 5, 2012, 4:00 pmNothing new on the Zoids front.
Imagine if BHPetrol do D-styles Zoids promotion like the Shell Lego? Ah, wishing only.

I read that HMM Dibison is being held back until maybe end of this month. Okay alsolah but that means January time so many Zoids to get!

Anyone want to help do comparison between HMM Kotobukiya Zeke and Shadow organoid? Any difference between those that come with the younger and older Van/Raven kits?

@coleturner:
Which one's the HMM division? Do you mean the little soldiers pack?
The HMM Blog has some pictures of them up. Looks like they're unpainted. Great for modelers, bad for lazy paint-starved artistes like me.

Ooooh - we've got new organoids coming into the Zoids models scene.

Psycho genosaurer is up for pre-order already.

If Specular and Ambient are both in the kit, this might just wind up being my first HMM Genosaurer.

Don't think HMM Dibison is out locally. Kotobukiya has not shipped them out yet, I think.
Most ZP members only just received their invoice to pay for kit. More time to save is good.

Psycho Genosaurer was in the Guardian Force anime.
With that series, there was 4 Organoids seen - Zeke, Shadow, Ambient and Specula(r?).
This will be the first time the latter two are produced in 1/72 model scale form, I think.
Check out this fan custom of the two. It's a big picture.

Review and images of the mass produced HMM Dibison kit is available.
It's in Japanese though, so I can only enjoy the images.
That's a flimsy looking neck for a Bison:

Also, the D-style Moonbay's Scavenger is up for preorder already from those Japanese sites. So cool that both Fiona and Moonbay will be included.

That means to get Irvine figure, need to purchase his D-style Wolf as well.
I think they'll all have their butt-pegs too. smile.gif

Finally I was able to get my hands on this variant.
Not new, unfortunately. 2nd hand but at much cheaper price than retail, so I'm happy.
Stop milking us dry, TakaraTomy!

MERRY CHRISTMAS and Happy Holidays, everybody!
Which alcohol goes well with Zoids?
I'm planning to cook a Pteramander for dinner. tongue.gif

Not in time for Christmas but can someone buy this for ME as pre-Chinese New Year gift? Thank you!

Tiny pilot that comes with this MSS Zoids are going to be sooooooooo cute. Prepainted too, I think.

Wow! HMM Liger Zero can be supported using just one point? I didn't know that.
What's incomplete about it?

Looks like you did a lot of custom paint job for it too.
How does this build compare to other mid-sized HMM kits?

Looks like the only main zero left to go is Panzer.
Quite a lot of gold on the Schneider. Was it like that out of the box?
What's your opinion on those Kotobukiya kits?
Were the joints nice and tight?

HAPPY NEW YEAR, Zoiders.

So sad to hear Kotobukiya has still not reached Bandai standards in their material fabrication.

Well, I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday.
Too bad I didn't get to play with many of my Zoids.

Which upcoming lines for 2013 are LYN Zoiders interested in?
Tomytec MMS?
Kotobukiya D-styles?
Kotobukiya HMM?

Share your thoughts-lah.
