The special edition Blu-Ray clear Blade Liger is indeed awesome looking.
The best way to display this piece, I think, is to have it over a light table or something similar.

Probably can still buy it if you know how to play with Yahoo! Japan Auctions.

v4vangol has this clear HMM Blade Liger.
Perhaps they can share the box images with us?
I noticed there's two - one in full-colour and another is blue monochrome packing.
However, I don't know what the difference in packaging means.

Khai62 - I'm sure MSS Sinker will be lots of fun to build. You have tweezers? smile.gif

Khai62, that is one TINY Zoids! D-style Liger looks so much bigger than that Sinker.
Great articulation though, based on your review and pictures.

I'm still on the fence about getting this.
Even if I do, it'll probably be one-shot or occasional just as a novelty.

I also buy this just for novelty sake and in the MSS lineup, Sinker is the most interesting.
D-Style is actually bigger than sinker by significant margins and here the combine form! laugh.gif

Also here compare with Gojulas. Look like can serve as a scout zoid. laugh.gif

Yeah.
I'm torn between this MSS Sinker's water diorama or waiting to see if MSS Salamander will get a "sky scene" diorama! yawn.gif

Too bad the only picture of that MSS Salamander so far just has an opaque plastic stand:

And for those of us who have wondered how HMM Gojulas would look with "sharp" teeth, the following custom is an eye-opener indeed.
Much patience with the Dremel-style grinder is required.

Yup, yes, ya.
Lot's of the D-style Zoids already out in the market. Maybe some already finished their production run?

The latest was D-style Iron Kong, released in Japan around November 2013, I think.

You can see more at Kotobukiya's Zoids' page:
http://main.kotobukiya.co.jp/pk_zoids_t/

One thing to remember about those official images - what you see is usually not what you get out of the box. Panel-lining, painting...you all know the drill.

limfreelance Which ones are the 1/72 base stuff? Any particular link/page?

v4vangol Thanks for clearing up the box image of the holotech HMM Blade Liger. Monochrome box only for me then.

Was there a mention of HMM Rev Raptor? My Japanese reading skills are non-existent!

An interesting request I read at ZP for "Chapter 2" of HMMs is a two-pack of Helcat (one in NJR colour and another in clear plastic); for those who want to re-enact those New Century Zero and Guardian Force battles from the anime smile.gif

Kotobukiya - M.S.G. Mechanical Chain base. from 001-010

001-007 the scale is for gundam 1/144 & 1/100.
Recently release the 008-010, the hanger, crane, & container abit bigger than the old 001-007. So asuming that Koto made it for 1/72 scale.

well, there have third party brand for the based with only cost u half price icon_idea.gif

Happy Chinese New Year and enjoyable holidays, everyone!

Here's hoping the Year of the Horse will bring us a companion Zoids for Orudios and Evil Pegasus.

I'm looking forward to seeing your grabs and builds. Lively!

Beautiful CNY Zoids you have there Dreamworks.
It looks like you even cleaned up the sprue marks on the parts - did you do it with the "fingernail burnishing" technique?

I'm glad that TOMY provided the option of assembling the Genobreaker with or without the X-breaker claws.

Mine's still in storage, poor thing.
Does the model include the head cannon piece to replace the spike to give it a Genosaurer-style look?

Hey there, Carpathia.
You have some Zoids you can share with us?

I'm okay with discussion on bootlegs but most of those are based on Kotobukiya kits, correct? Hopefully there are some modelers here who can participate.

On a separate note, Darwock of ZP reported that the Zoids Original line has ended with Stormsworder FSV. I am sad :'-(
