Form submitted since 3 weeks ago. TMPoint nor TM wants to give any response. TMPoint told me that it's likely to be rejected.

I just called 100. Reconfirmed:
1. Upgrade from existing account whose account holder is not IPTA/IPTS student: Cannot
2. Quarantine period is still 1 month.
3. The theoretical promise is, TMpoint will resubmit my form on 26th February for reapplication. (hopefully they do not forget)

If anyone has got privilege to break fact #1 or #2, I would like to have your fixed line phone number. TMPoint Serdang kept asking for the fixed line phone number for reference, in order to match up with these unique applications. I can't be giving them Lowyat.Net links as a reliable source, ain't it?

If you terminate both homeline and streamyx, are you able to keep your existing phone number?

Max 2GB (because only 1 SODIMM slot)
If not mistaken, there are several variants of HP mini 210. They differ in:
1. HD screen or non HD (different resolution)
2. Bluetooth or non
3. b/g/n wifi or b/g wifi
4. 3 or 6 cell battery

I believe TM's HP mini is; non HD screen, with bluetooth, b/g wifi, 3 cell battery.

So, 10K or 100k?

Once I've been told that the home line cannot be used to call in, only outgoing calls.
After further clarification twice, I believe that the home line is an ordinary homeline supporting both incoming and outgoing calls.

Most vendor do not accept 1 dead pixel for warranty purpose. Some laptop companies require 5 to 9 to be eligible for exchange. My current laptop has 5 stuck pixel but it happens that my laptop manufacturer requires 7 for exchange. No harm but you can get to HP on this issue.

HP will deliver your netbook. HP will call you for confirmation before delivering. Netbook will be delivered within 14 days after your streamyx has been installed. Typically, takes about 1 week only.

My form has been submitted since 27th February but being withheld by TMPoint.

Hotspot zone is the wifi network by TM. It should be included in this package without additional cost.

My termination quarantine is maturing soon, on the 26th February.

Now I'm worrying that they will forget to register for me or lost my application form etc.

Checked but no order found.

I went to the TMpoint >10 times, and made many calls to 100. No one wants to layan me. Asked what's the status, "tak tau, no record". I'll be going once again next week perhaps.
