 How Often To Workout, how often and how long

wanna know if 6 days per week each time an hour workout will the muscle recovery enough time?

or i should go for 5 days?

Hows your routine like?
If different muscle group each day then shouldn't be any problems.

Programming is a complicated affair. The best I've found was Rippetoe's novice program. The other programs I've tried had all sorts of significant negative effects. Either they depressed T-levels too much, or required changing plates after each set, or cause significant soreness due to lack of frequency.

6 to 7 days a week about 1 hr per session.

3 days a week,less than 2 hours is perfect for students like me biggrin.gif

5-6 days a week on treadmill and 7 days a week on dumbells
