Low budget ERHU is around Rm400 and above. It's not easy to play as you have to 'struggle' with it.

Pipa is among the hardest chinese musical instruments to play well. The left hand technique is not that hard.... but the killer right hand technique will discourage most beginners. You have to play with fake nails...which is not easy at all.
Man guitarists thought Pipa is no big deal to play....until I told them to play it. After only 3 minutes or less...they gave up. |

Do go ahead and meet up...both of you. There are only a few people here who are still active in this site. I seldom play Erhu and ZhongRuan now as I play more Electric Guitar and Keyboard nowadays.
