You don't need to apologize. People learn form mistakes.

Come tell us about your STPM result and what you intend to study.

The link for the ruan holder is great.

You jam the ruan like it was a guitar. Seeing you makes me want to try it too. At the last gathering I scraped the idea after trying out your ruan and found that it is so hard on the fingers.

It's not as hard as uou think..but yes..Ruan strings are thicker than guitar's so you do need some getting used to.

Just started my erhu lessons two months ago and it's definitely a good experience although it can be frustrating at times.

That's what I meant, more painful than guitar.

Hello all,

First of all, thanks for all the info available about guzheng this lovely instrument. I learn little by little through the pages by pages contained herein. 75 pages takes 2 days and I'm finally come to the surface.

I'm in love with guzheng since small and I had tried a few lessons before leaving to further my studies. So now I am going to continue cultivating my love towards guzheng. Currently looking around for teacher in KL and searching more info relating to guzheng.

Regards.

Hello. I guess at the moment I'm still alright. Thanks to Subangman who helps me up.
Maybe when I start to resume my lesson then I will encounter some problems.
For now, I will need to go to the music school recommended and get myself a guzheng.

From my previous lesson few years ago in Kuching (now in KL), I might need to overcome one problem.
I sweat easily so sometimes the nail just wont stick. I searched around the web, they recommend to use better tape.
Any suggestion on this?

Thanks. With regards.
