hi guys i was wondering can i use my uwafp to study in some uni in Melbourne?plan to study in melbourne instead of perth...im going to study either bachelor science or commerce...can anyone recommended some uni in melbourne?

Im going 2 Oz dis Feb and i actually had pay for all 3 years of OSHC in 1 lump sum as part of the fee requirements 

Anyone know how they check our laptop? Do they check external hard disc as well?

Installed pirated software?
Pirated software that have not installed yet?
External Harddisk?

I am worry about it as I am holding some pirated software with me like Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop which is useful for me.

Depends on where you are. Most shops will not do cash outs, and many will place limits anywhere from $50 -$200. I can't say for Coles, but Woolworths QLD has a policy of maximum $500; anything more needs to be cleared by the supervisor (I never had such a amount requested through).

What member hihihehe was talking about was partial payment with 2 sources. You can pay with cash and the balance with EFTPOS, or (less commonly) pay a certain anmount with EFTPOS in addition to the cost. For example, if your purchase came to $12.30, and you decided to pay $15 with EFTPOS, $2.70 will be cashed out to you.

I personally think, while Australia's EFTPOS network ingrastructure is not as good as New Zealands, it is the best thing since cash.
