Yup, you are right. It's not in MK , more like segambut. and it is right next to the highway. I sincerely don't think it can fetch RM1k per sq ft , maybe RM500 for its unique design. smile.gif

RM500 too cheap for MK darr...d'sara perdana also can fetch RM350psf liao...rm1k psf looks more likely..

i think its got a hate-it or love-it design...

for me, looks too cramped up...and the inner units can 'see' outer units & vice-versa...no privacy...

ohh..realistically, dun even trust the 'artist impression'

the asking price is RM750/ sq ft. smallest size is around 753sq ft to 2000 sqf. Some units are duplex....

With pricing between RM750 to RM900 psf, how much do you think the rental will be? Roughly how much the rental per unit in that area, ie Changkat Kiara?

rental should be minumum at least rm3,500 to rm4,000 if want to break even.

should follow solaris dutamas service or tiffany izen studios.

agent say studios at tiffany rm3.5k last i checked
