Hi dear sorry for late reply,I am busy yesterday.The proper way to consume is drink 15 - 30 min before breakfast.It normal if thinking want to eat,will you feel when you eat u will feel full and your appetite smaller compare to last time?This is not a meal replacement or magic pill that let you wont feel hungry and no need eat after drink ya.
