hi, i see lotsa success stories. Congrats! How do u drink this coffee? Do u hv to add sugar etc? And the taste is not bitter? Can see results with 1 box?

...i juz started on the coffee & cocoa, 1.5 days. Must say the taste is too mild for me since I'm a coffee drinker/lover! But it's not unpleasant at all & easy on the taste buds, even the cocoa too. Most noticeable is the dry mouth feeling, which explains the necessity to drink 2L of water, will definitely feel thirsty thru out the day.
As for appetite, definitely don't feel hungry at all even looking at food! Energy level fr me feels the same, maybe cos i'm usually energetic but i think fr not having consumed any food to not feel lethargic or sluggish, i guess that's a plus! I look forward to losing some weight eventually...will post updates! |
