Got my iPad 16GB (wifi) from my colleage already and paid him total RM1,900/- for it (he incur some transportation charge due to purposely went to San Franscisco from Ohio to buy the iPad for me), i still feel worth the every single cents i spent la.
The box is still sealed and i will only open it once i get home tonight...

The US Apple Store won't accept non-US credit cards. Even with US credit cards they have some algorithm to scan where you're shipping to, I couldn't have an iPad sent to Borderlinx/DHL for example, the order was immediately cancelled. If it's anything from the Apple Store online especially an iPad you'll have to do it at an Apple Store.

Amazon works fine though.

Hi, just got my iPad yesterday. The seller helped me installed some apps. The apps were working fine, but once I connected the iPad to iTunes, the apps stopped working. When starting the apps, they would maximize and instantly minimize right away.I tried restarting the iPad but nothing changed. Can anyone help me?

What kind of case bro ? Is it the normal Apple iPad case ?

Was considering that earlier, but at the time it was not ready for shipping yet and ack the shipping cost was more expensive than the item. I am leaning more to the Speck as it allows me to use the dock, these book type cases tend to restrict access to the apple dock to the added dimensions unless I dremel the dock

i went to lowyat plaza adn find out the phone shop at 1st floor selling ipad rm2850!! for 16gb... i tot lowyat is the cheapest place to buy gadget..i found in here (LYN) there selling only rm2199, if mac launching his ipad....how much it gonna cost?

not that easy calculation bro. for example, the 32gb ipod touch is sold at 299usd on Apple store US, and after converting, it cost rm980++. but the item is sold at rm1199 by our apple malaysia and their resellers. so for sure the price wont be the same and i have a strong feeling the price would be just a little lower than the prices that are currently sold here in Lyn.

Apple never intends to replace any single pc in the market, laptop nor netbook.

They created ipad in the first place is to you to have a brand new experience in web surfing, chats, mail and etc.

Don't compare, if you like netbook, go for it. If you want ipad, go for it.

Agreed with you..this device is totally uniq.. now i try to do some research whether can use ipad same as  Akai MPC to save sampler and hit it in the club...hehe...i check at maxis centre at pavi yesterday micro sim rm25..and ipad will officially launch o july....dunt know true or not.
