this is about business and not about respect. it is the seller's business to sell his product at whatever price he wants. no point to get angry at the seller and call him a "charity worker" just because he can be competitive and you can't.

what is most important is the seller's respect for his customer. as long as the seller treats me well and with respect, i will always be his customer.

respect for the seller too maybe?? He may have his reasons though, we dun know about that. For all i know, Alex has build up a great reputation here, and that should be repescted too you know.

i respected him for 2 years and guess what he told me? go find other seller to cod. is this the way you treat a regular customer?

If that's the case, shoutout to Alex. Dun be too emotional, fight your way thru this, dun run from it. You have customers here who are still here to give you support. Blaming others and shunning ppl out is not the way bro.

maybe he was stressed at the time, didnt think his words through properly.
maybe it sounded worst than it really was because it was in writing.

i dunno, but personally i would give him the benefit of the doubt.

we have to see where he's coming from,too.
not easy juggling running a shop and delivering to customers.(at the same time getting blasted for having slightly higher pricing than other people)

i myself have bought from him a few times in the past,and he's always arrived on time and never once made a fuss.

but if you wish to feel angry towards him, i wont say anything.you seem offended by his words, it's perfectly within your right.

he said he's unable to do it coz he's out of town when the games come out.

Ppl can get anxious when their game didnt arrived, being negative moody emotional...etc, even asking the impossible, putting more pressure

so its up to u whether u want to get from alex or other sellers.

i never blasted him about his prices. he was always my first choice but when he said things like "if you wanna go po from others, then go la", i got angry. i didn't say i don't want to buy from him nor did i say i don't have the patience to wait for his stock to arrive.

but he seemed like he didn't want my business. so i told myself it's time to find others who want my business and fortunately there are plenty of sellers here who are happy to take my orders. free delivery or not.

To them, maybe they think ur just some1 who just buy the PS3 games or etc and not like some1 who spent 1k-2k every mth buying their stuff. maybe they just treat ppl differently, thats all...

Btw, one of the sellers which is no longer here (account banned or suspended), he is quite friendly...im talking about tim aka arjunawong (Playtime). last i got was a PM saying he was sabotaged by `someone`

i know arjunwong of Playtime but i didn't know his account was suspended. who want to sabotage him?

there must be some misunderstanding. I know alexwlh can't afford to lose loyal customers.

@alex - if you feel fed up for this issue.. what i can say is sorry.. if you wont PO any games from me in future .. i also cant say anything.. just a big lost vip customer for me.

he's even say sorry that he didnt accept your PO (guess what - you are a very important VIP customer to him).... for me, if he's out of town - i will try to make an arrangement after he come back. Key is to communicate with alex.

he would be gladly happy if u're still buying from him.
