i duno thats y i ask here zzz
A Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation within the product's warranty period.
+
Some companies allow only defective products to be returned;
so some other companies allow even tho its not????

so yeah...the answer is NO

RMA is most useful when dealing with software issues or things the company has gotten wrong with the product.

Erm depends la bro..
Coz i tell u frm seller's point of view, RMA is very often at the end of warranty..
Maybe due to the fact PEOPLE like HEllkeeper exist la..
But as a seller,I would juz send ur Mouse over 2 Distri and let them decide whether they mau RMA or not only..
Simple..
I would not be arguing with you ma..
xD

Anyways, RMA if frm the distri's point lo..
We seller juz handle them..
So actly, we could not care less whether ppl like Mr. Hellkeeper keep on sendin for RMA..
