A Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation within the product's warranty period. + Some companies allow only defective products to be returned; so some other companies allow even tho its not???? ok...it actually is common sense...let say u selling some pc stuff...then those ppl keep sending the good thing for rma, will u rma for them??

just got mamba back from RMA yesterday after freaking 2 months . . they swapped mine with a used unit . . scratches all over the black plastic area . . sigh . . but hell the sensor issue with eXactmat is kinda fixed

just got mamba back from RMA yesterday after freaking 2 months . . they swapped mine with a used unit . . scratches all over the black plastic area . . sigh . . but hell the sensor issue with eXactmat is kinda fixed
