QUOTE(terence88 @ Mar 24 2010, 07:05 PM) i mean RM1800 with kit lens, tripod, 8gb card, and bag. 18-200 nothing amazing with the picture quality...shud be around kit lens quality. but the range is nice la heheand what stuff can i add if i want to make it become RM2000? drybox? filter? better choice loh..any suggestion? the rm200 maybe can ask for good UV filter, make sure hoya or kenko brand not cap ayam one.. extra battery perhaps? screen protector? QUOTE(edwardgsk @ Mar 24 2010, 07:08 PM) Most probably is because of the built in motor for AF in G lor. But i heard something about G that it doesn't have aperture ring? What is that? older lenses like the D got ring to adjust aperture..like how we adjust manual now. juz that now we adjust aperture using on camera controls, that's y the newer G lens dun have aperture ring. we dun need it anymore |

QUOTE(maideii @ Mar 25 2010, 12:59 PM) Why u choose battery grip? Spare battery is more reliable to count on. you will feel much more heavier if u use in long duration. Beside that, there is a saying 'the more thing u own, the more thing u break one day' maintenance increase haha actually i agree with u. but yeah for some people, it's too small. for me smaller n lighter is better |

QUOTE(Darkripper @ Mar 25 2010, 04:00 PM) IQ stands for? actually u want to use ISO 800 also nvm what. i dont think anyone here can differentiate u using ISO 800 or 100. as long as the pic looks good, okay already. if dark shots then need low ISO la cuz the image quality degrade is more obvious...but then if u use low ISO, shutter speed will be longer, so u need a tripodI know this... but i dont really care much about noise lo... Will note about this next time... QUOTE(syafix @ Mar 25 2010, 07:19 PM) u PP the sky? very blue |

QUOTE(ezrasang @ Mar 27 2010, 02:37 AM) Yaya I saw it in fb and notices in com lab. RM2 for member while RM3 for non-member, ahyo this 1 also wanna charge, nothing is free in Curtin >.< end up i didnt go anyway haha. why la do event on a saturday morning~ Anyway, got 1 guy in lakeside apartment with Sigma 18-200 for Canon, I don't know who's the owner, my friend pinjam and use. I tried to use, damn so hard to zoom to 200 (not smooth). IQ, no idea. Sigma 70-200, never touch before, Nikon 70-200, smooth and easy. But with f/2.8, no idea at all. XD sigma 18-200 for me ok la, nothing special bt hvng 18-200 range in one lens is pretty convenient. but f6.3 or f5.6 for me too slow for indoor lol. nikkor 70-200 gila out of budget...dats y hoping to find alternative..~ |

QUOTE(RoiRage @ Mar 28 2010, 01:31 AM) http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/compatibility-lens.htmbasically majority of lenses will work. juz that the older ones u need to use Manual mode cuz no metering. AF and AF-D can use for PSAM modes but need to focus manually AF-S confirm work |
