QUOTE(NeO2 @ Sep 22 2010, 02:46 PM) Erm... Could be postpaid and prepaid are having different view. I do not have anyone here that uses a prepaid number...How about do you have an OCS account? You can change it online. Or simply call their CS @ 016-2211800 to request to change the language for you. I strongly suggested you to register for an OCS account as it gives you a lot of customisations which you can do from your end. Added on September 22, 2010, 2:53 pmHow about *128*7*1*1#? QUOTE(NeO2 @ Sep 22 2010, 02:38 PM) hi there, i'm a digi prepaid user.. Call Customer Service. Or you can PM me and I'll get someone to assist to change it for you.i'm getting smses from digi in chinese.. i couldn't read chinese..how do i change it to english? i tried *128# , everything is chinese there.. As for your Roaming, since you'll be there for a few weeks, maybe you might wanna consider getting a local prepaid instead. Added on September 22, 2010, 3:25 pmFor prepaid roaming, it should be automatic. But no data roaming ya. Added on September 22, 2010, 4:03 pm QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 22 2010, 02:49 PM) This should work. Just asked my colleague handling this.Or you can do step by step. 1. Key in *128# 2. Choose 7 (if you're on prepaid) to change features 3. Choose 1 (this is for language) 4. Choose 1 (to choose English) Good luck! This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Sep 22 2010, 04:03 PM |

In short, in order to use Super Long Life, you need to be on the latest DiGi prepaid plan. There is no more option for this.

A one-time fee of RM 30 will be deducted once you activate Super Long Life. This will extend your credit validity to one year. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 23 2010, 09:55 AM) Oh... I didn't know that's the requirement, I thought as long as you have sufficient credit for RM 30, that should suffice. Done it almost a year ago, not sure now digi already change the procedure.Added on September 23, 2010, 11:48 am ![]() This post has been edited by bingozero: Sep 23 2010, 11:48 AM |
