How come Digi very quiet nowadays?

I thnk they should upgrade their network first la, no need to waste so much money pay hefty dividends to shareholder.

It should be almost immediate if you go to DiGi centre. Otherwise, it will not take anything more than 3 hours. I think it is better for you to call them. Sometimes, the person who gave the replacement sim may not have changed the IMSI in the system.

its been more than a day since I got my replacement sim.. and still an inactive sim..
I called them they say I have to wait... Wait so long??

Got fed up with the DiGi.
My friend's broadband is forever disconnects, in 5 minutes unlimited disconnections. doh.gif I introduced my friend to DiGi, she called DiGi helpdesk using her Maxis no. (she is not a DiGi customer) and spent more than 15 minutes, the CS kept putting her on hold. doh.gif
As for mine, my phone didn't ring and 3 hours later only received Missed Call Alert SMS. doh.gif
A few times my boss tried to call me and she couldn't get me, imagine I only knew 3 hours after that?
Ridiculous.
If in this case, I don't care whatever Ambassador Plan already, I'll most probably port out.
Celcom is having roadshow in my office today and tomorrow, the plans they offer our company are wonderful.

These Super plans are no longer available. smile.gif
Now it is only one prepaid plan which is DiGi Prepaid So Easy.
http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/callplan/index.do You need to hit RM 1/day for RM 0.12/min to all telcos and RM 0.01/SMS to all DiGi numbers.
Else normal rate is RM 0.15/minute, RM 0.10/SMS flat to all networks include DiGi.

Just need to hit that RM1 earlier in the day to enjoy the benefits. Else if you reach rm1 during the night, it'll be rugi a bit lah.

Aww. Sad to hear about that. But nothing much I can do about it other than logging the issue and submit it to the network guys. I wish more can be done.

Added on August 25, 2010, 9:01 pmHave you tried to force the setting to WCDMA only? That helped with my disconnection issues.

Yes, my friend has selected WCDMA only and still it doesn't help much. DiGi really embarrasses me, in a way I try to promote DiGi to other people but with this kind of broadband, sorry la.

I'm not the only one who complains about bad DiGi broadband service, there are many more. Kindly look into these complaints.

As for my case, just forget about it unless it happens frequently, so far still bearable for me.
