QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jun 1 2010, 05:26 PM) Note that if you have zero credit in our prepaid line, you won't be able to access also ya. yes,Also, you'll not be charged if you post comments. Do let us know if you face any issues with this new service. finally we got it, but not on digi's main page, that's why i cant get it. i would like to know, currently i am subscribed to DG Smart Plan, is it i can check my internet usage? or only broadband users can check it? thank you. |

I am sorry,
but I have a question again. i just switch my DG50 plan to Smart Plan, i would like to know, if i do not have any contract, is it i also need to use at least 3 months? when i subscribe to smart plan, i found that it is really inconvenience for me. i cant receive call, and before this i think to tethering my phone as the modem, but my phone will become very hot, some more now have free facebook, unlimited internet on my phone look a bit useless, and i always take out the sim card and put into my usb modem. i think of migrate to digi prepaid if possible, because my montly bill are only RM30+, i can get RM0.12/min after RM1 hit. |

QUOTE(whoopa @ Jun 4 2010, 09:34 AM) first thing is free fb is no photo one. and can comment only. sure i know free fb is no photo, it is working fine for me,second is that tethering pls ensure yourself to be in 3g area as only on 3g you can do data+voice/sms. if you are out of the area meaning edge or gprs you will not be able to use it to receive calls or sms when you tether. third thing is that you cannot switch from postpaid to prepaid unless you buy a new number. internet unlimited 68 is suitable for phones like iphone bb or android phone where internet on the go is important. i only comment/message when i am using mobile phone to fb. sometimes i don get 3G signal, but i still can sms/receive call, and the only problem is it will make my phone very hot. if i cant switch from postpaid to prepaid, i think i will mnp to another telco and them go back to digi prepaid. anyway, thank you for your information. QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jun 4 2010, 12:44 PM) i hope it is below RM200,yet i am thinking whether want to buy a 3G WiFi router which costs RM169, i think now i am better to wait for the announcement of Digi mifi, see how is the price. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 5 2010, 12:56 PM) really? it is great, mayb i should pay my visit to digi center when i free. since digi prepaid call rate are only RM0.12/min after hit RM1, i think that it is really no worth to get DG30 plan, somemore digi always have promotion for prepaid user, and postpaid user only can collect points, for me it is really useless. |

QUOTE(soul2soul @ Jun 6 2010, 10:47 AM) damn... still got 11 months iphone contract with Maxis..... seriously considering to port to digi as some LYN members said,Added on June 6, 2010, 11:44 amWant to ask questions here. Digi allows the following combination? 1. Principal DG50 + unlimited58 internet 2. Supplementary Family + unlimited58 internet And is there a discount of RM5 for each of the line if I sign up for autobilling? The reason is I am considering to switch to Digi once my Iphone contract with Maxis expires. if u separate the bills, u can get RM5 discount for each account, it depends on phone numbers not account holder. as i know maxis also can get rebate if u subscribed to auto billing, right? |

QUOTE(GulaV @ Jun 7 2010, 08:08 PM) Wanna port to Digi postpaid. Currently using 'green' postpaid, 'loyal' user for 7 years..Finally gonna break the tradition. But some questions here, since I don't have time to go to either Digi n M centre. hehe. i think this is only applied for those who wanna migrate from postpaid to prepaid,I just change my M prepaid to postpaid last Feb. I want to keep my no. Can I port now because I heard M need 6 months before I can do anything with it (not sure bout this). Is this the same with 3 months Digi policy? I rily want to change telco now. Any walkaround? need to wait 6 months, this is what i know earlier. |

QUOTE(GulaV @ Jun 7 2010, 10:53 PM) But I heard it's really a hassle to port a number (postpaid to postpaid, especially from M). So could someone enlighten me with step by step procedures, avoid being cheated, their tricks. I just want this transition to be as smooth as possible and the most important, keeping my number intact. unless u have outstanding balance,if not sure u can port in to DG. u only have to settle ur current bill, i also port in to DG postpaid from M, and i do not face any problem. |

b4 this,
we can redeem RM12 discount by 600 points, and now if our bill are below RM100, only can get 1 point for every RM2 spend, is it mean that we have spent more to get same benefit? i am thinking that is it i should redeem RM12 voucher as i really don get any attractive item from bonus link redemption item. |
