Seriously, i really dun think we can win EPL or UCL this year.
We can consider lucky if finish in top 4.

buck up my friend.

Arsenal is not like trailing 10-15 pointsvfor now. If that happened, then only you can said like that.

And CL, go game by game. Porto is easier than real, bayern n etc. So hope still there.

Clearly we are in need of more firepower. Against highly defensive sides like Aston Villa it's not easy to get goals from the likes of Cesc or Eduardo since the likes of Dunne are so physical.

Window is still open. AW please sign a forward ASAP sweat.gif

And it looks like Vermaelen has a broken leg so we need a defender as well. And we can't rely on just Gallas/Campbell/Silvestre. MU will cut us in two without Vermaelen on Sunday icon_question.gif

The next three games will early give us the result that Arsenal can win the title or not...so please keep all the negative comment first, then we see it later...

I just can't imagine facing MU when Rooney's on fire. He'll be so eager to beat our offside trap.

Ahh... This Monday morning will be a heart-stopping one... Luckily Monday no work... can rest... biggrin.gif

Song should be back with the team today.

anyway, this team ain't crap without song. but we do find it difficult to live by without Song and Diaby ( i can't believe i'm saying this).

I think psychologically, Denilson still have some fear about his injury. That's why he is taking it a lil bit oo easy.

btw, on a more positive note, ROSICKY! see what we've been missing the past 1 1/2 year? damn this guy is good.

actually i just hope for a point @ away, and 3 points @ home
after all, chelsea and mu still gotta play against each other, liverpool and aston villa, so keep a draw against top team, grab full points from lower team

yeps.. a point away is far better than no points at all.

home is where the points should be gained. i would expect 2 wins at home.. and 2 draws away. but hopefully we can pull a fast one at the bridge and comes out gunning. wink.gif

Ramsey and Denilson were big disappointments yesterday. Ramsey I suppose we can close one eye on account of his age... But Denilson...? His performance was awful! And I'm not even talking about positioning, tackling, etc... I'm talking basics like trapping the ball and distributing it five yards!! Frustrating...

As for the injuries... Well, we lost Vermaelen unfortunately, but I'm quite convinced Sol Campbell can still produce the goods against the top teams. Its nice to see a big fella at the heart of our defence again. The big worry is, if Gallas also succumbs to injury, then we're trully f-ed!

As for Eduardo... Well, he's a nice guy, but he's never been my favourite player and lets face it, 4-3-3 is asking too much of him. When Bendtner came on, there was now an outlet to look for upfront. He won a few headers, effectively trapped the ball, held it up and brought the midfielders into the game.

I hope he grabs this opportunities to prove to a lot of doubters that he belongs in the first team. I'm one of the very few who actually likes this guy.
