need help..just unlock 4th core of my PII X3 720..try to check my cpu temp but HW monitor show nothing..is it okay to unlock 4th core using stock heatsink?

yeah..all proc the same..after unlock the on die temp probe cant be use..just depend on the CPU probe on the mobo reading...

owh..ok..my cpu probe reading show that my cpu temp is 43 on idle..is it ok to use stock heatsink since im not ocing?

43 on stock heatsink is veli2 acceptable... so go ahead..load at 60 pown ok (even tho safe to put below 55, but the chip wont explode at that temp right?)

Max temp according to AMD is 62c well yeah, 55c is still ok....
