that is because, system still need people to update the inventory. therefore, OTA will still display available, but hotel staff have not update in agoda system.
vice versa if allotment was given to agoda. |

I use agoda.com and booking.com for most of my travels and I experienced no issue at all, so far. My last booking was made when I was traveling in europe

No problem with agoda. Booked a room but upon checkin then only know the room I booked already full and got free upgrade without any extra charge.

I've used Agoda once to book for Phuket. No problems at all.

Latest problem issue for Agoda...they have issue 2 booking for 2 customer,unfortunately only 1 unit rooms last available at the resort on same days...Lots of resort and chalet at Perhentian Island have complaint about their booking system.

For me, agoda is one of the websites I use. So far pretty ok. They are famous for their Thai resorts. Cheapest!!
I also use their interface to do research on Thai hotels and resorts. I find their design the easiest to use. |

i have tried several times to signing up at agoda.com but still cannot register at agoda. do we have to register first to book hotel through agoda?
