1) Distributor can check, based on the serial number, who they sold the product to (to which dealer)

I think TS should be able to RMA from Acer.
I have RMA from Acer for almost this kind of problem before.

As long as you don't have any physical crack they cannot prove it's your fault.

.hmm the surface is smooth. but the internal glass got a crack as you can see the pic i uploaded. so i guess cant return to factory? so it consider a crack..
