So i might use this chance to claim they selling broken goods.. duno it works or not..

1) Distributor can check, based on the serial number, who they sold the product to (to which dealer)
2) So now you want the dealer/distributor to bear your mistake? It's really your fault
3) So what? They don't cover physical damage, you are expected to test the LCD before you bring it home, and how many days could it have been? 3-4 days?
