Today i was very pissed off by some personal matter...
So i played BF hereos...
And i play too geram then i throw my mouse and kena hit the LCD....

Can i know acer can repair or warranty this kind of damage?
i just bought it not even 1 month at pc fair...
Advice needed... can i sent to acer service center at lowyat?

yes my mouse still working.. i reli hope my mouse rosak.. not lcd...
it's a logitech mouse.. quite hard..

Now i trying a dirty trick.. looks like my local distro sell LCD they din print the serial on the receipt nor check the goods be4 selling to customer.
So i might use this chance to claim they selling broken goods.. duno it works or not..

from acer factory stil duno... lazy to send over..

.hmm the surface is smooth. but the internal glass got a crack as you can see the pic i uploaded. so i guess cant return to factory? so it consider a crack..

ok answer is clear..
1) no more rma..
2) get a new one..
