Quit BBing altogether.
Seriously. If you consider isometric contractions as workouts, it won't do anything without weight training. But I've seen people using those elastic bands for resistance...no idea about it, maybe someone here knows about it. If you meant body weight, I personally feel it's not sufficient to build any muscle. There is not a single successful body builder who never touches a weight plate. Push ups.
Lots of it. All kinds of it. Do hundreds of it daily. Close stance, normal stance, wide stance, diamond, spiderman, scorpion, push up plus, hindu, diver bomber, one arm push ups, clapping, jumping, ball transfer push ups, renegade row, etc, etc, etc... Seriously, hundreds of them. Not just 100. A lot of 100's. Everyday. There are a few links in Link-o-rama thread. Please go check them out. There's a link to a very good push up article some where in there too. Go look it up. And, oh... You'd have to go to the moon for weightless workout. Not possible for that on earth. Good luck, Neil Armstrong! This post has been edited by iamyuanwu: Dec 29 2009, 04:25 AM |
