hmm, usually the product will say that the colouring is safe for animals (eg fiddle sticks use veg colouring-whatever that means). but what u did was right, best to discontinue when you're not sure about the product.

as for the plastic container, y dun u replace the plastic with one of those clay/ceramic food bowls for dogs/cats. but choose one that is relatively heavy so your bunny cant toss it around/over.

ic. how about the wood i posted up there? he keep on biting it, i dont know just chewing or eating. but if he does eat it, isit okay?

Try googling the brand and see if there are reviews on the products. That's how I choose products for my rabbit, I google and read the reviews. If there is substantial good comments about the brand, I have a bit more faith. In your case, check whether they advertise their dye as safe. See if it's widely used amongst rabbit bloggers. This will help you make a decision.

i fall under the category " I don't care color and look, I love rabbits, in fact i dream about having a big indoor rabbit hutch with 20 rabbits of dif breeds!". ya, i know, i'm psycho, i've been told tongue.gif

on a serious note, point on colour vs quality taken. never tot about it that way b4 i.e. Have you ever notice that really nice rabbits most of the time have certain colors? Meaning to say, the more you see a particular color, the chances are those rabbits are much nicer.

interesting smile.gif terima kasih atas tunjuk ajar notworthy.gif

what rabbit is this?

http://petalingjaya.olx.com.my/pure-mini-n...t-iid-112976478

izzit a netherland dwarf or a dwarf hotot? confusing. but its really cute and i feel like buying it. cheap oso.

could be a ND, this rabbit's ears are black. colour shld be uniformed: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_rabbit_breeds

"The Dwarf Hotot is small and compact, a stocky, docile little rabbit much like the Netherland Dwarf. The head itself is round, with a broad skull. There should be no visible neck. Eyes are round, bold and bright. Ears should be short, well furred, and of good substance. Ears should balance with the head and body. The body should be uniformly wide from shoulders to hips, with well rounded hindquarters. The topline should have very slight gradual curve from the ear base to the highest point over the hips, and fall in a smooth curve to the base of the tail. Maximum weight for the Dwarf Hotot is 3 lb, ideal weight 2½. Their fur should be soft, dense, fine with good luster. Fur is to roll back gently back into position when stroked. Color is to be uniform and of pure white over the entire body, except for eye bands. Eyes is dark brown. Eyebands are narrow, well defined bands of black colored fur forming a complete outline of the eye. Color is intense and dark as possible. Ideal eyeband width is to be equal to the thickness of two pennies. The Dwarf hotot rabbit can be litterbox trained."

aiyo. i kinda like the pictures posted though. they look quite nice little fellows. but a big adult rabbit is not what im looking for.

haih. pure netherland dwarfs somemore too mahal for my budget sad.gif
*
if you want/need a small rabbit the safest bet is a pure breed ND, DH or HL. but HLs also can get quite big, my friend's HL is double the size of my ND. think better u just save up and get a pure breed ND. be wary of some of these breeders out there, best get from a reputable breeder. rclxm9.gif

Hector is a very cute ND.

or you post free of charge take care rabbit. im sure u get good response.

are you working or student? u can ask J Jay to let you work part time during weeekend at her shop. you will be expose many types of rabbit. and of course, u have to clean their shit, urine...all sorts of geli stuff....sekali u find out owning a rabbit is not that fun at all....or bunny is not what u think..as they dont bark! and dont play with you compare dog...
*
Hahaahahahahaha, not being able to bark is a good thing for us apartment dwellers. If I were to get a dog or a cat I bet within one week management will receive a complain from my neighbors. Even now I get nasty looks in the lift when I have hector in his carrier, they think I'm carrying a dog!

lil monster has a new toy from his uncle guppy!
