Oh my god O.o how could this suddenly happen..

anyway, i seldom used VIADDRESS already because there increase the % the reason is i used their concierge service more then manytimes and there need to charge me 5% 
and one more thing i am sad is, i found out CWG much more cheaper then VIADDRESS already 

last few days i got a shipment ready to ship back to Msia, and this VIADDRESS only 5 item already cost RM 300 buck above. but CGW  5 item shipped back to malaysia was only RM 150 buck to 200 buck only.. >.< this is a very Big differences.

and i also told my husband about this.. he said because 1 used fedex and another use DHL lolz... but DHL are much more fastest then fedex even u choose standard delivery. i always get my parcel with DHL in 3 - 4 days after send out from USA but for fedex there always reach 5 - 6 days..

Do u use CGW Express Shipping before ? Standard shipping reach 5-6 days include custom and weekend ?

I track my Item in DHL and it show Clearance delay , what is mean ? I need the Item immediately but I still din received the Item . So how , Can I claim compensation from DHL ?

I will get a receipt of custom tax after the Item arrived ?

if u used only 1 or 2 package  are not worth ya.. alfasent are only worth when u combine shipment..

Used viaadress many times, delivering very good esply can lower the value, so no or less tax here. Something bring back to Malaysia, RL worth RM4k, no tax at all.

However lately service been bad. Now, one of my parcel missing, they said delivered together with other parcels but when arrived here, no that parcel which worth USD290. Till now, been emailing few times, no response. I cant file dispute to pay pal, coz i didnt use their personal shopper service, its safely delivered by seller to viaadress. Last time, when same thing happen, i can file dispute to pay pal coz viaddress bought the items.

I gonna change to hopshopgo for my next purchase. Furthermore, its save me 4.9% of pay pal charge, 3% service fee, n maybe USA sales tax, that what viaddress charge plus their ridiculous charges for the 'volumetric' weight of a package. If your shipping cost get really high, u'll be tax too (more than RM500 coz they count both, parcel n shipping cost). I always kena tax if use viaddress coz of the shipping cost (which is not that high coz declared value so low).

Used hopshopgo now. Their reply via email really fast. Plus once item i want forgot to stated the size, they actly call to confirm the size. I was damn suprise. Viaddress never reply my email, if they call, i might be dreaming.

Anyway, file dispute of my missing item. Only after i file dispute wt Pay Pal, viaddress replied. I hv been sending them over 10 emails, never once they reply. But they said, its fedex. Fedex called, i told them, i saw the boxes, its sealed by viaddress tape, so no way fedex took it. Its not tampered. I hv pictures of the boxes but not that clear. Im now in the state that, i accept what ever it is. Coz i declare the item so low, so insurance wont cover it. My lost since i lower the value. Pros n cons in lowering the value, rite.

hmm, 2 of my package on CGW missing, anyone know how to cntct them others than email?
besideds, CGW made a mistake like a months ago when accidently i got an amazon ebook kinddle reader on my account.

beware with comgateway guys. they are not very carefull in matching the package. comgateway missing my shipping package

BORDERLINX SUCKS!!!... the first time I used them and I ordered quite a lot of stuff from ebay, first off, they charge me sky high shipping prices. But since I had no choice, I paid it since my items were already stuck at their warehouse. And guess what?? when it came time to send me my items, They LOST one of my packages!!! This was an item that is irreplaceable which I had waited a long time to appear on ebay, and now it's LOST! The process of back and forth (their live chat are all people from india!!!) to find out what happened to my item was also painfully slow and long and basically they pushed the blame on DHL. Now they're telling me they might not even refund me my money as I had submitted documents they needed LATE when in our communications they made no mention of any deadline whatsoever!!!

So, SKY HIGH SHIPPING CHARGES, LOST ITEMS and NO REFUND!... BORDERLINX SUCKS!!!

just called the alfasent, in UK, there's like 5 million packages been delayed due to weather. owh well

yup, for real. furthermore, for upcoming holiday it get even busier, even amazon has stopped giving orders promised delivered before christmas, so you knw how bad the weather is.

will keep calling the alfasent to get knw the status -- afraid they added my package to other's peoples account due to catch with time.

IF there's a good deals, why not? just snap-in but expected a bit delay on shipment on even on US since its holiday right.

Lost packages, as unfortunate as they are, are rare instances. So by all means go shop!
