from Amazon to viaddress, i'm using UPS, for sure my item is well packed. and for what viaddress increase my item weight for? from their calculator, it's say about $37 for item 3lbs, and i have to pay them $67 and standard shipping is $55, again from their calculator it about 10lbs. my item just $90, and Amazon can sent my item for $50.

viadress help me a lot of thing they made my shipment fast. and help me purchase those item fast and reply my inquiry fast too. what we need is communication, if u have any problem need to settle, just tell them they will help you settle asap.

i think you're luckly or they do have some good amount of customers now, no need to take care of new customer..sigh..
1st time using, bad experience, not so-recommended to these guys. and moreover they dont control facility in US warehouse. they told me from livechat, they dont have any phone no to be called (so that i can ask to speed up personally) and told me like yesterday they'll need 1 days to update. and when i ask today, they told me need more time, like 2-3 days to update my admin panel. for god's sake, its only 8 item i sent to them
will try on via address soon. do they need any verification before sending out item?

why you got that cheap? my item same weight as your, but double the price.

when to ask them? time nak byr dlm paypal tu ke? tak leh nak kecik kan, item ringan, tp saiz brg tu besar, so klu ikot volumetric weight tu la plg kecik yg boleh dpt. masa nak ship tu, dia kata kena byr kat 200lebih, then dh pening, terus je la byr. bole dpt lg murah ke time nak byr dlm paypal tu?

when the goods arrived on your viaddress suite. u give them an email, tell them what u need to do to your goods ya. they will inform u again.

yeah totally avoid comgateway, comgateway totally sucks and very UNPROFESSIONAL company. i've scold them like early in this morning, saying bad words then after that, ONLY they update like 1 of the package on my admin panel. wtheck

already. they ONLY do after i purposely say the fxxk words to them. still 7 package with them NOT updaed yet

maybe comgateway want to cut cost, they forward the item when there a lot of item to be sent.

i also got 3 package from viaaddress, gonna pay them thru paypal, but paying using indonesia IP address with my pp will sure make it limited LOL. so, better dont i guess.

send the payment for them last week on friday. so now im waiting for their tracking number probably tomorrow. as now US are still sunday night almost going to be midnight soon. they will only respond tomorrow i mean our malaysia midnight

I got tried VShub before..  buying some stuff from Kmart.. everything is smooth until Kmart said the PHONE/CONTACT number VShub Given me.. in invalid. So Kmart had to cancelled my order.. and i got money clear to my account only 1month after that.

and then i tried with Viaddress... they give me INdiana Adress with no Contact Number.
I tried buying something form GAP web... but i got no Contact number to register.. I'm using the Viaddress US contact number.. the GAP system said the number not valid oso..

So.. can you guz help me.. regarding this contact number.. how you guyz deal with it.
and Strawberrygirl... so had using this Viadress service a lot, i think.. so ada kantoi dengan kastam or not.?

you can used ur own contact number ya no need used their contact number. i used my own handphone number. there don't mind. about it. if u can't able to purchase from Gaps, used their concierge service which is provided from Viadress.

so far, i got nothing happen of kantoi from kastam.

tried purchase some cheap stuff 1st.
last time i tried while i purchase a few cheap thing from f21 hehe... but it's successfully arrived, thats why i had guts to tried their service. i doesn't wanna mades viaddress to headache about my shipment.. because my business are getting width already.

no dear.. so far i didn't get any tax before by CGW. Only viaddress kena last time before open spree  that time i donno how to declare my item and i straight send in one shots which is cost total above RM 500.

my hubby told me if above RM 500 will kena tax by custom. so now, i know how to declare lower then RM500 Already

did u register your name in RL and check every single thing in checkout ?

because some of the merchant are charging sales tax.

and CGW didnt asked me any sales tax also. i guess their places is under sales tax free if i am not mistaken..

today i received their parcel from CGW so happy 3 days arrived already. there put estimated date arriving was 21 june (monday). But can't imagine there arrived so fast.  And i am so happy too because my cosmetic product are wrapping so nicely with bubble wrap without mess like VIADDRESS give me >.< and i am sad with viaddress because 1 of my customer saids that one of her cosmetic powder are serious broken  oh my god.... i guess viaddress didnt wrap my stuff nicely thats why causing this problem happen.

sigh.. im so worry now about my others customer cosmetic might have this situation also 

CGW fail estimated delivery date. hahaha.

So cgw suck at receiving item from merchant, but good forwarding item and also cheap.
