comgate dont give us tracking number like viaddress did..i got asked them before regarding this issue. they said they won't updated with us. until the item arrived at their US address they only inform us. i found out that, their location are quite far also. u know la, USA got many state.. thats why maybe their side is too deep already. No like viaddress in the middle of the state and also near the air port too.

Just received my item from Viaddress, so far so good. but one thing i hate about them, their shipping calculator. in the bill is 3lbs, but there charge almost 10lbs. But aside from their useless shipping calculator, i like them.
*
glad u received your item with viaddress.. that's why i ask u to send them a email before u forward your payment to them 1st. otherwise they will just shipped your item just like that. I working at forwarders company before , orang putih do work is like that. if u didnt call or email them what u want to do next, they will just tembak only.

Hi.. so happy find this tread..

I'm new and wonder how to used this forwarding service.. hope you guy can help me..

I got tried VShub before..  buying some stuff from Kmart.. everything is smooth until Kmart said the PHONE/CONTACT number VShub Given me.. in invalid. So Kmart had to cancelled my order.. and i got money clear to my account only 1month after that.

and then i tried with Viaddress... they give me INdiana Adress with no Contact Number.
I tried buying something form GAP web... but i got no Contact number to register.. I'm using the Viaddress US contact number.. the GAP system said the number not valid oso..

So.. can you guz help me.. regarding this contact number.. how you guyz deal with it.
and Strawberrygirl... so had using this Viadress service a lot, i think.. so ada kantoi dengan kastam or not.?
*
you can used ur own contact number ya no need used their contact number. i used my own handphone number. there don't mind. about it. if u can't able to purchase from Gaps, used their concierge service which is provided from Viadress.

so far, i got nothing happen of kantoi from kastam.

I might try CGW, when I have the guts to do it. Hahaha..
One month? Usually, the money will be credited back into your card in 10-14 days.
Really? I use Viadress concierge since most of the sites that I go to are of no use to a non-US issued card.
Maybe strawberrygirl can help you.

So far, I don't get kantoi with kastam. biggrin.gif
*
dear..

tried purchase some cheap stuff 1st.
last time i tried while i purchase a few cheap thing from f21 hehe... but it's successfully arrived, thats why i had guts to tried their service. i doesn't wanna mades viaddress to headache about my shipment.. because my business are getting width already.

No, I mean, not the tax imposed by custom.. Tax by online merchant. Viadress said RL tax me for that online purchase.
Any idea why?

I know for sure Oregon and Tennessee are tax-free hmm.gif
*
did u register your name in RL and check every single thing in checkout ?

because some of the merchant are charging sales tax.

and CGW didnt asked me any sales tax also. i guess their places is under sales tax free if i am not mistaken..

today i received their parcel from CGW biggrin.gif so happy 3 days arrived already. there put estimated date arriving was 21 june (monday). But can't imagine there arrived so fast. And i am so happy too because my cosmetic product are wrapping so nicely with bubble wrap without mess like VIADDRESS give me >.< and i am sad with viaddress because 1 of my customer saids that one of her cosmetic powder are serious broken doh.gif oh my god.... i guess viaddress didnt wrap my stuff nicely thats why causing this problem happen.

sigh.. im so worry now about my others customer cosmetic might have this situation also cry.gif

But remember to declare a lower value. There's a special button at the shipping page (Viadress).
The EDIT button. Can be used to rename the stuff and re-declare the value. But at your own risk..

I'm not sure whether it is still worth it to buy the designer handbag in London judging from the high logistic cost and taxes.
By the way, 20% import duty + 10% sales tax = 32% total ?
10% sales tax is calculated on the total sum after 20% import duty or before import duty ?
*
for your information above, i guess is after 20% import duty.

so far, i didn't tried purchase bag at UK website before so i do not know how there gonna charge the taxes hmm.gif

for US, last time before i start my spree, i forget to declare my item in to lower then RM 500 So i kena tax by custom for my 2 coach bag and a victoria secret bag which is cost me RM 260+ sweat.gif

Which forwarders your are using in UK ?

Satisfied with CGW, though they are not very responsive to emails, but I know my items are secured. biggrin.gif Viaddress updates a lot, when the merchant ships out, parcels arrived at US suite and shipped to Msia. =) But a bit pricier..
Both CGW and Viadress are honest and trustworthy. No missing stuff like VSHub (should be called B***S***Hub) Stealing! vmad.gif
I don't know too.. I haven't found a place to buy cheaper bags, takut fake lagi.. Hehe..
Is it worth buying bags from US? smile.gif How many percent cheaper than in Msia?
*
glad u are satisfield with this 2 forwarders which is recommend by me tongue.gif
hehe...

i think if for branded bag such as Coach is cheaper then u purchase in outlet malaysia honestly.. example like the tote bag costing RM 1.5k + at here but in US there are only RM 800+ u can get it already.

But if u want to purchase LV, GUCCI , BURBERRY OR LONGCHAMP, I suggest you purchase it in UK website or Maybe u can tried Europe too..There are More cheapest then in Malaysia. But make sure u also have to calculate the international shipping price la biggrin.gif don't just calculate exchange rate. Because we used forwarder help us to shipped to our country malaysia. Like example UK, Mostly the shipping fees will be a little expensive but it is secure too if u used dhl or fedex. I didn't tried Royal mail before because if i used it to shipped to malaysia i have to open an account with them which is i am not located in UK. that's why i don't used royal mail. But from my experience i found out many of the merchant i purchase, there mostly used royal mail to shipped to my UK address smile.gif

Branded bag of coz will kena tax by custom in malaysia because those bag are not tax free. But if u only purchase 1 or 2 and combine with others of your purchase, 95% u would not been charge by custom tax. Unless, u did not declare your invoice probably with the forwarders.
