 Need help on my meals, Diets to be exact!

Hi guys,i need help me on my diet?I really dont know what to eat/not to eat T-T..

Its very confusing here..

Ok let me start,im 16 years old 5'7 @ 93kg..

I've just joined the Celebrity Fitness 3 weeks back..

My aim is to lose weight and gain muscle..

I usually go to the gym like 5-6 times per week..Most of the time carrying weights..

But the problem is now,that i dun know what to eat!...Usually for breakfast i dont eat,but at lunch time ill grab a tuna can and ill eat it with abit of rice..Next meal will be at night,ill usually eat 4 eggs(white only) + tuna can again+ 4-5 slices of bread..

What do u think?Im still a beginner..I dont want to be eating tuna for the rest of my life as i dont know wht else to eat already..I come from a mamak family,so there is always curry/fried stuffs in my daily life,but im trying to stop it completely..

My parents wouldn't allow me to buy those protein shakes etc..
Can u guys plan for me a healthy diet for my breakfast/lunch/dinner?

hehe.. me on diet now.. so far so good.. what to do.. want to look good during wedding..

morning - wholemeal bread + hot tea..
lunch - rice + fish (dont fry, use oven to cook) + vege (only cook in hot water)
night - milo / tea / milk (omega)

if want to chew, i eat apple.. or can eat raw cucumber..

tuna + mayo / thousands island if can dont take at all..

evening play badminton, morning jogging..

Don't listen to that crap diet. There's only carbs and one serving of protein a day?... You'll only get fatter in the end. Read the stickies. As we always point out. We can't help you if you don't help yourself and only wanna be spoon fed.

Everything is in the stickies. GO and read them. The discussions and even direct layout on the meal plans are there. Stop opening a thread asking redundant questions. I don't care if you're 16 or 61. U can read the rules and learn to adhere by them.
