Hi guys,i need help me on my diet?I really dont know what to eat/not to eat T-T..
Its very confusing here..
Ok let me start,im 16 years old 5'7 @ 93kg..
I've just joined the Celebrity Fitness 3 weeks back..
My aim is to lose weight and gain muscle..
I usually go to the gym like 5-6 times per week..Most of the time carrying weights..
But the problem is now, that i dun know what to eat!...Usually for breakfast i dont eat,but at lunch time ill grab a tuna can and ill eat it with abit of rice..Next meal will be at night, ill usually eat 4 eggs(white only) + tuna can again+ 4-5 slices of bread..
What do u think?Im still a beginner..I dont want to be eating tuna for the rest of my life as i dont know wht else to eat already..I come from a mamak family,so there is always curry/fried stuffs in my daily life, but im trying to stop it completely..
My parents wouldn't allow me to buy those protein shakes etc..
Can u guys plan for me a healthy diet for my breakfast/lunch/dinner?
Thanks in advance!
