hehe.. me on diet now.. so far so good.. what to do.. want to look good during wedding..
morning - wholemeal bread + hot tea..
lunch - rice + fish (dont fry, use oven to cook) + vege (only cook in hot water)
night - milo / tea / milk (omega)
if want to chew, i eat apple.. or can eat raw cucumber..
tuna + mayo / thousands island if can dont take at all..
evening play badminton, morning jogging..
Need help on my meals, Diets to be exact!
