Lag meaning how. Waiting the blur pix become clear or what? I have 400 over pix and when starting up also will lag like mad..

Added on March 21, 2010, 4:17 pmJason, probably the N85 processor is not strong enough to process the 8MP pix even though it's just 1mb+ size.. That's why alot people wish it comes with faster processor.
*
yeah, waiting for the blur pic to become clear. if its the processor's fault means nothing we can do bout it? my roomate's c905 doesn have this problem. and its a sony ericsson. lol

you snap at 8MP and zooming to 100%, of course la takes time.

why buy a phone with 8mp camera but shoot at lower resolution? doh.gif nola. nonit to zoom 20 something % oso lag already.
seems like quite a good phone bt the only thing i dun like is the keypad...
looks uglier than n85's...

also how long can the battery last on this model, hearing some comment about very short battery life on this model.

also people is warning me bout the slider thing lol.
*
yeah the design of keypad needs some time to get used to it. wierd. battery can last around 2 days max for me. usually 1.5 days i charge already la. tongue.gif the slider in this phone feels nice and solid. very good compared to my old n81 slider.

i see..
so how abt the new zitron n86?
i think the firmware should be in v21..
so i still can cr@ck it?

hmm, how abt the AMOLED screen?
that's what i had found from some REVIEW

is it true? so u guys still can see the menu/messages clearly under the sunlight? or just can be visible? or totally blur? thx laugh.gif
*
AMOLED screen works brilliantly indoors but suffers under direct sunlight. so the screen turns almost black. only can see a little.

That's weird, I can alway see it clearly under sunlight.  Put my phone on the dashboard and use it as GPS for navigation.  No problem.

I have noticed that ever since updated to V30, battery life are been reduced. Fully charged only lasted for 2 days instead of 4 or 5 days with average usage call and sms. Did any one experience that ?
*
wow. how did you managed to get 4 to 5 days of batt life? mine has been max 2 days since the first day i got my phone (v11). avarage 1 call per day and more than 50 sms. tongue.gif

I just check with my friend, AP price today has increased to RM 1210, rarely see Nokia phone price will increase  rclxms.gif

too bad people dont see the selling point (8mp camera) as a novelty because it lacks xenon flash. besides, this phone is shadowed by n97. haihz. its like a good phone undiscovered. biggrin.gif

Hey guys lets say i buy a white cover set from someone in Garage Sale can i take it to the nokia centre and change it into a black cover???
*
why would you do that? if you want a black set then just find a black one instead of taking it to nokia and change. its gonna be costly doh.gif

I personally think that without xenon flash is not a problem due to flash consume less energy.

Due to job requirement I need to bring a good pixel camera with me everyday but now don't need anymore due to 8mp camera attached with my hp rclxms.gif
*
agreed. variable aperture kinda assist the new generation LED flash. rclxms.gif 8mp is more than enough for casual photography la. used to bring around my lumix when i was using n81 but not anymore. thumbup.gif
my only gripe is that the camera button is too hard to press. when i pass to people to take photo for me, confirm 60% of shots a bit blur bacause when they press the camera button, their hand shake. sweat.gif

Bro you forget to mention, 8mp camera with Carl Zeiss lens attached  rclxms.gif . Haha I also notice that as well about the hard press camera shot button. Any solution on that? Send to Nokia Care?
*
no solution i think. everyone is getting used to it. lol. if we snap pic, it wont be blur but if let others snap means blur because they're not used to it. doh.gif

Yaya i bought from him. First hand. Life timer  00:00.
Hehe hes selling quite cheap.
The phone is from Arista. But it should not make any difference right. Any warranty still claim from Nokia Service Centre.

By the way I have recently added a memory card into the phone, and on the top right corner there's a memory card icon, how do I get rid of it ?
*
dont think there is a way to get rid of the icon. its just a reminder telling you that you have a memory card in your phone smile.gif
