does maybank CC good? it link to a lot of merchant which provide 0% interest instalment. Now i heard Am bank is having promotion and no annual fee for whole life. got this promotion?

Hi. guys. just wqnt to know that does ambank credit card support 0% interest instalment? which bank has the most 0% instalment merchant?Ambank got promotion now . It is a Carz card. The VISA gold carz card has no annual fee. issit worth to apply? Normally what salary can apply for gold card?
