It is their MO. You need to cancel the old card yourself manually. Else u get charged 2 x GST tongue.gif

Also saw an ad where Citibank Plat now has 5x points at dept store and hypermarkets. Is it permanent?

furthermore only a special TNG card can be reloaded. And they don't sell them loose. So you can't even do a family package thing.

Rebate - given by the bank usually at statement time
