syazone: you can always try to clock higher than 3.6GHz personally after this compy. no problem with the pic. just for your info, i re-upload the images all in another server so that there won't be any broken link just in case.
hrmm.... i'm wondering where's all the C2D/C2Q overclockers. suddenly so silent. sad case.

uzer85: diagnostic start-up but need to enable theme. why i never think of that before. wow... learn something new. cause along i know diagnostic mode is slower for me. but is it possible to enable back the theme? nice finding here. seems like msia oc scene still not dead yet. btw, why wazza kena ban? it's not a forbidden tweak. about wazza, you need to know when to execute pi run after finish running wazza.

hilmiangah: hrmm... don't think so. i still believe nlite is still the way to go if you really want optimized performance. the trick there is only disable some services but nlite you can do much more than that. i don't really need to use diagnostic start-up cause i always bench with my tweaked OS and all unneeded services has been disable by default.
owikh84: there's still room for better result. it's still far from what achievable done by sup3rfly in his 32m challenge database.

Suk: good effort there. just follow what sup3rfly said and you are good to go. hehe...
sup3rfly: i can see still long way to go. i believe at least 8m 5xs is possible. btw, P55 and X58 category is separated if you are not aware. cause by default X58 should be faster at least 4-5 seconds compared to P55 if i'm not mistaken. hehe..

ok guys. sorry for late update. now all the score has been updated. anyway, in these 2 weeks there will be a final adjustment to the rules. the most important update will be a video capture of your Super Pi for the winning ocers. this is to reduce any possibility of cheating. i hope everyone understands. details of the video capture will be announced in the final update.
now let's keep the fun of overclocking in this compy. until now i'm really satisfied with the outcome. the interest shown is beyond my expectation. thank you all for participating.

nope, no need to do it now. unless the rig is temporary benching rig for this competition. tentatively my planning is that the champion will need to record a video of his run to prove that the result is duplicate-able. so no need to do it now before i update the rules. cause the video i need you capture some other stuff that the screen. maybe. hehe..

kaiser_falco: hehe.... we got no prove as sup3rfly said. so the best way i can do is the include video to show the loops for champion. It's possible to go below 8:40 actually but timing and uncore should be on the higher side. yeah. i'm the one who let you test the 8GB kit. hehe....
owikh84: are you saying that your score is also not valid?
hengmy: the most easy way to cheat in Low Clock Challenge is top push your oc higher than the allowed freq to run pi. then using setfsb or mobo's on-the-fly fsb tuner to lower down the clock after the pi run. after than only capture ss with cpu-z. that is why i include video validation for champions. it's quite easy to detect as we do play pi ourselves and judging for the clock setting and tweaks we would know is the score is possible. 1st of all if you are not using the theme that provide the best score, immediately i would know you did not tweak as hard as us and your score should be slower than us. so something should be fishy if your score beat our score in that way.

uzairi: sorry that your ss needs to have 4 cpuz tabs.
BTW, the scoreboard is kinda updated. no choice have to update it since hwbot HCE engine is still being fixed at the moment. once it's fix, we will follow hwbot ranking system. cheers.
