Just topped up my HLeBroking and RakutenTrade account recently, both using Maybank Premier 1 account.

I noticed there's charge by Maybank of RM0.50 when topping up HLeBroking, but no charges on RakutenTrade topup.

Anyone have any idea? hmm.gif

IB/AUTOPHONE SERVICE CHARGE RM0.50

Go to mplus or hleb and tell them you want to open account with them.  Give them CDS account no. so no need to open new CDS account.
Your shares kept in same account. You can use different broker but you still have access to your shares. No need to login different broker to view different holdings.

I was thinking the same but when I tried open an account under Rakuten, the CS told me must open a new CDS account. Cannot share the same CDS account. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

They go on a usage tier basis, which goes down gradually, I use them the most.
*
What means by usage tier basis? Currently using CIMB nominee account, charging 0.4% or min rm12.

Each CDS account is tied to an individual broker. It cannot be shared among different brokers. So, in order to trade with a different broker / platform, need to create a new CDS account with them. Then, can transfer the shares to the new broker for RM10 per counter.

Hi, Im using maybank broker, but im a beginner though just started. Yes maybank still only can use internet explorer and not like Hong Leong, HLE has HLechart which i think it is better for you if you are doing charting. The brokerage fees is about the same. I pick maybank due to my own convenience and low brokerage fees.

However, I'm facing an issue where I cant export stock list in the home page of the broker...it saved in my desktop but cant find the csv file as it doesnt appear...weird..

Have u sign all the form? You can start trading once u get ur MPLUS account activated. Ur MPLUS account is ur CDS account.
