QUOTE(kento @ Feb 16 2017, 05:25 PM) I'd suggest whichever that has a branch in Melaka. The rates are fairly competitive now for all brokers. Have a look at my guide on How to Start Investing in my signature there if you need some help. Feel free to ask if u have any questions. Hope to see u start investing soon! |

QUOTE(topearn @ Feb 15 2017, 11:29 AM) Hi, I am new here planning to start with small capital only, so I am looking for broker with the lowest minimum brokerage fee, after everything like stamp duty is included for each of my trade.I looked for the list at http://klse.i3investor.com/jsp/hti/brokers.jsp, but according to u, AmBank has revised their fee to RM8 or 0.05%, which makes me think that this list of info might be outdated. Can you / anyone here please recommend which broker is best for me? I noticed cimbclicks trade is RM8.88, I wonder where that 0.88 comes from and I suppose it might have included something else like stamp duty included? so might it ends out to be the actual lowest after everything is calculated for each transaction? I am also interested to know other details that I should concern while choosing a better broker. by the way, I am from Kota Kinabalu Sabah, any broker / pro here that can enlighten me please reply to me here / add me @ www.facebook.com/ryogatoran . thank you so much~ This post has been edited by RyogaToran: Mar 11 2017, 12:25 PM |

Hi, i have an account with Maybank and PB. Initially it was PB but i made an account for Maybank later because of the lower brokerage fees and i could purchase IPOs. Both my accounts were there for 2 years and i'm just planning to start investing.
For those using Maybank so far, what is your feedback on the their system? Anything a newbie like me should be aware? |

QUOTE(lowya @ Mar 11 2017, 03:47 PM) I am using, so far so good. No complaints.Less research than other full service broker, and DIY account. The 0.05% rate is applicable only if you trade >30K per trade otherwise it is 0.08% This post has been edited by gark: Mar 11 2017, 07:39 PM |
