QUOTE(MariMo @ Dec 14 2009, 02:36 PM) come on lads , We are liverpool. We don't blame the refs. dont blame CARRA... nobody supports him when he has the ball... and why on earth we always back pass to our defender?? Rafa did not blame , the players did not , the staff did not. On another note, please CARRA stop pumping the damn ball up in to the air everytime u hold the ball. FFS. Midfield not functioning , everytime lucas and mascherano holds the ball , they seem clueless. But when they tackle , they often do a fine job out of it . Added on December 14, 2009, 2:40 pm haha really?? base on what?? smile?? My dad noticed that , this season liverpool , can only perform well for 70 mins. After the 70 mark , they seem exhausted and out of shape. zzz |

QUOTE(sivapc @ Dec 14 2009, 02:32 PM) i think we are suffering from the good old score-first-switch-off syndrome. we were all over the cockney kiddies in the 1st half and really should have put the game to the bed.. but we didn't. kinda remind me of the good old Houllier days where we score once and fall back to absorb all the pressure we can until we concede then try again.we have lost many points due to this.. hopefully we can sort this asap. I just can't stop imagining if LFC were to play in Serie A or La Liga. what wud hv happen with our extended slump since the league starts? |

Disappointing, saddening, heartbreaking ..
Some fundamental changes are overdue at Liverpool. I fear that unless these changes are made, this may be our worst season in 40 years! My own micro-analysis : 1. Gerrard didn't play with his heart. He played one good pass to Torres but Torres needs more than that because he's still not 100% sharp. 2.Torres tried hard : he chased, dribbled, passed and went for goal. 3. Benayoun doesn't look as confident - I still think he's not 100% fit. 4. Kuyt is limited although he's more incisive in this game 5. Lucas improved but he cannot be our key midfielder 6. Masch is good but he's too professional and Argentinian 7.Johnson is most pitiable : I felt he played well in the first half 8.Carra's reliability is more and more limited by his age and fitness 9.Agger is good and is nice to watch when he brings the ball up 10.Aurelio needs to be more aggressive 11.Reina should be more honest to Benitez because I suspect he can see alot of what's going on from his angle. 12. Ngog is not ready 13. Aquilani is an anti-climax, no thanks to Benitez 14. Degen, like Dossena, should try to carve a midfield career instead. YNWA! |

guys ...
we can throw the brick all we want every time Liverpool loses ... How easy at times for us to point fingers and find a scapegoat. How easy we want someone's head on the chopping block ... It's time like this LFC needs all the support they need. Will we be there for them thru thick and thin? |
