Nah, he's alright. Just need to improve his passing. But yea, he needs to get that done fast. He defends very well though.

NO to Masch & Lucas patnership doh.gif
they are proven failure pairing (like Lampard and Gerrard under Sven) but success under Fabio
so maybe the best way is to replace Rafa... we have better players than the teams that we lost to (except Chelsea)....

I don't care who should replace Rafa, but if he starts playing 2 strikers i would be happy enough... at least with some intention of more attacking football..

other teams currently know how to play against Liverpool...

We won't progress much in the Europa League either... another trophy drought season for sure!!

I watched a couple of few tackles by Masch and I think he has been treated pretty harshly by the referees... hmm.gif

its quite obvious he have no intention of playing the ball. His knees was up if im not wrong. It might result in a kick to his balls(testes). At the end he even raise up his hand, if that thing kena the guy's neck, it might cause death.

Everyone knees were up sometime in a football match. Some player doing taekwondo on the field and still only being flashed a yellow card.

Or a kick on the back of player and gets away with no cards/punishment after match just because the lineman was dumb and heartless. rolleyes.gif

losing to the bottom-of-the-table team will certainly do nothing other than putting a big knife through the team's morale.

while the ref does look suspiciously poor in the match, it's clear that our team is much more worse than the ref's performance. no disrespect to portsmouth, but on paper we should be beating them even with a man down, but sadly that's not the case this season.

btw, mark hughes got sacked despite winning last night (only 2 defeats in the league this season). RB is still having his cup of coffee and toast for breakfast at melwood today. tongue.gif

I mean of coz there's some occassions that Masch deserves a card. But 2 red-cards in 1 season and it's not even January yet. I don't think he's the dirtiest player around. doh.gif

Dirtiest player in EPL now? I'd definitely go with Didier Drogba. He's made of plastic, remember.

i would rather hav Hamman than Masch, moreover Masch is expensive
we could use the money to buy a better Midfielder

I think what we want to see now is consecutive games from Aquilani. I hope riera doesn't become another babel in the list.

chamakh n hamsik, at least one of them should be targeted by rafa to improve the midfield zone, but yet again, by bringing 1 of those player could drain all of our budget.. sad.gif ...to make thing worse they probably not gonna start under rafa regardless how expensive they r.. blush.gif

you dont knee someone in the balls, go down "injured" and not be the dirtiest player around.
