Can i ask something?

That day i baked genoise cake. It did not come out as i have expected. Mine was flat and it did not rise. What did i do wrong??

I made Apple Muffin just a while ago. Look unappetizing but it tastes nice. Just a tad too sweet tongue.gif

One thing though, the apples taste kinda sour after the baking process. Are there any tips to make them taste sweeter?

Potato & Sausage Soft Crunchy Roll

Makes about 24 balls.

What you need
2 potatoes
1 sausage
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

1.Boil the potatoes.

2.Prepare the ingredients.

3.Mash the potatoes and put in the sausages. Season with salt and pepper.

4.Roll a ball out of the potato & sausage. Dip it in the beaten egg and roll it on the bread crumbs.

5.Fry or deep fry.
