got mine from Leo (without DLC). try other sellers (e.g playtime). if DLC is important to you then make sure you ask thoroughly before purchase.
FYI, the soundwave DLC skin is only for MP use. |

soundwave is available for use in escalation mode. the dlc allows you to use his skin in which mode?
