DLC just an extra, if got, then is a bonus lor, else just pay for the game.
If you like the game, still worth it. At least you still get the DLC card, just not sure when it works.

juz got the game.. its like playing COD but 3rd person.. kinda fun play multiplayer.. can create your own bots and customize the ability and weapon.. even change the colours of the bots..

so far juz started on 1st chapter for autobots.. so far so good.. grapics.. AWESOME!

toobad no offline co-op.. wud be hell alot more fun and quicker..

The card is external. I bought it from PBBSeller. He already knows about it because I texted and called him and told him about it. He says he can't do anything much about it cause it's what the distributor got it from their suppliers. So yeah in the end I just have to wait until the 25th or 26th til the official release of the EU copy to try and see if the DLC works with the R1 copy or not.

The EU card will give you a 12 Digit code which you have to go to www.transformersgame.eu to register and then the PSN code will be emailed to you.

On the other hand, the US DLC bonus is a 16 digit code which you can do the same thing as the above but at www.activision.com or www.transformersgame.com instead.

And before anyone says otherwise, no the EU code is not redeemable at the US website.

The only worry I have is that the copy I got from Luke is the R1 American copy and the code I got from him according to the URL is R2. So it might not be compatible.

The game is great. However there are some bad sides to it as well.

1. No Host Migration
2. There are reports of freezes and I experienced 2 freezes tonight while in a Co-Op game.
3. The startup Game Data checking is kinda annoying since it takes quite a bit of time.[COLOR=blue]

Overall the game still needs some work done via patches then it'll be alright. But it's still a great game, gameplay wise. The graphics are your normal UT3 engine style with some noticable texture popups in cutscenes or something.

WKC is alright already if you compared with this.

The very first time you insert the disc, it'll prompt a 1.01 Update. After updating it'll launch the game but you'll be at the loading screen for like 4-5 minutes without HDD activity. After that it'll force install the Game Data and it gives you the progress in XX.XX% and the progress goes up very very slowly which if I had to estimate, would be around 0.40% or so every second. It'll take around another few minutes to install the Game Data.

But the worse thing is, after the initial startup. The next time you launch the game, you have to wait another 3 minutes or so for it to check the integrity of the Game Data >.>

Online, you need to be signed in for it to auto check for updates.

BTW, anybody here has the jump button bug? Mine although is mapped to "X", but on my control its "O". So you could imagine when i want to jump, i'll accidently drop a grenade instead.

you mean you have that error too for RDR? i asked all over LYN but no one gave me an answer. The reason i sold off RDR after i've finished my main story was i could never play any mini games like arm wrestling and poker... every time i press "X" it goes to the exit screen. Irritating to the MAX.

The problem is we did not get the 16 digit code. We got the 12 digit code. US people got 16 digits. UK people will get a 12 digit code.

The card that I have now has 12 digits. It will not work for the US site because the US DLC code has 16 digits.

just now got try co-op with friends.. just slight lag.. everything play smoothly.. just hate the checkup @ menu screen there.. take around 1-2minit everytime before play the game.

3# How to Redeam Your DLC Code
1. Go to www.transformersgame.com/redemption/.
2. Click “Redeem Code.”
3. Fill out the form to register a quick account OR on the top right, click “Log-In” if you already have an ACTIVISION account. (It will fill the information in for you.) The account is used to hold all of your codes so you can look back at the code if you need it again.
4. After submitting the form. Check your email for the account confirmation. Click the link inside the email.
5. Log-in into the account your just created.
6. Enter your 12-digit pre-order code you received.
7. You will then pick the platform for the game that you have.
8. The code for the system will be listed. Enter that code into “Redeem Code” in your Xbox 360 or PS3.
9. Enjoy your Pre-order bonus.

Now few of the folks are having troubles logging into their account in Transformers War for CyberTron official site, the account they just created on that website, so here is a workaround.
1. Go to Activision main site, and register for account.
2. Once registered go back to Transformers War For CyberTron site and log-in their as an existing user.
3. Redeem your DLC code.
