i have streamyx at home...im using p1 at college only....what broadband u use? or u use streamyx?

Im using celcom broadband.

how gud for u if comparing p1 with celcom broadband....include their quota and coverage area..

P1 gives more quota compare to celcom.
Both covers quite a LOT of places in the whole country.
Speed wise depedns on where you are.

lets say just using a typical modem

Im just using the normal package which is only 384kbps
Can only download max at 50kb/s

Hai meh? Asked them to pay my phone bill they refused.
And why I asked them to pay? Because I have to call them many-many times to get waiver.
At the end, I got only RM4 rebate. My phone bill to call P1, close to RM20.

Everytime also do upgrade. Technical problem also say do upgrade. Lousy hardware also say upgrade. Why keep upgrade to lousy hardware. Like this never ending la.

p1 run out of money for advertising already... haha... they now even have a korean partner to feed them some capital....

yaya. For a company to give up about 25% of shares (please correct me if i am wrong coz it is been a while since i read that news) to a foreign company and did not mention any of sharing technology or some other benefit other than cash, it seems that they might need some cash for their operation.

Now they keep on promoting their prepaid plan and new modem. But i am not interested in the both plan because:

1. I do not want a monthly committment now. I want to use the prepaid once my p1 contract expires.

2. I already using the Digi Prepaid Internet Limited Edition. Their prepaid plan is not my taste. I am looking for a higher speed under prepaid package.

Right now, i am just tolerating with p1 only and wait for the contract to expire. Once expire, i will switch to Prepaid Internet fully.

I'm also very frustrated about P1. Their stupid technical procedure is rediculous, where by need to observer the consistency line for them.

Now really upset and regret to signed up 2 years contract. Already wasted one year. Always disconnect no service. Upgrade, maintenance, slow connection, seems never finish.

Latest joke, ask me to get Free Wiggy, paid RM49, then when my normal modem cant uses, i try wiggy. Then also same, cannot use. Then call up technical dept as usual, they said wiggy is only for outdoor lol.

Today, my 2nd consecutive day without connection from wimax. I wonder how many more days will continue and how many more days i need to wait for their 2nd lvl technician to reach me?

Added on September 18, 2010, 3:57 amtoday finally they reach my house. but same problem, and he said due to line congestion. Nothing happen, same problem after 5th day. I wonder tomorrow afternoon what they will said when I call them and complain again.

Judge it yourself. Is this service worth to subscribe?

I have cancelled and return their modem + wifi no penalty now I use MAXIS super fast @ my area 4mbps bro!!!!!
