And why I asked them to pay? Because I have to call them many-many times to get waiver.
At the end, I got only RM4 rebate. My phone bill to call P1, close to RM20.
Everytime also do upgrade. Technical problem also say do upgrade. Lousy hardware also say upgrade. Why keep upgrade to lousy hardware. Like this never ending la.
