that day they wanna force me to use their so call cheap voice call . man i can't wait to finish this contract with p1 after this wanna stop using p1 and change back to tmnet . fakk p1

once i realise they change the FUP, i am so angry about it, try to file a complain and no one cares to assist me to file one, they reply with tons of Bxxx Sxxx in facebook @ p1 cares sites when u mention about this OLD FUP and NEW FUP,..

the matter of facts is with the 128kbps the speedtest websites can';t even loading! cant even have a proper speedtest to show them or proof, and non of my laptop browser able to load 1 websites at all,. especially facebook!!!!

man why la they change . patut 400 kbps . ok lagi but this 128 kbps is like modem dial up shit connection

yea i am still in contract, but i am not going to pay anything until i heard satisfy answer, if no response or no solution or they dont bother to enterntain me, i wont pay a single cent, as i am in old contract with 400 kbps FUP,..

as i am being with p1 almost 3 years, ( on and off ),.... this is how they treat their loyal customer,.

really cannot tahan la with this 128kbps.....sometimes facebook also stuck loading halfway....let alone youtube.....a half mintue video takes 15 minutes to load.....really cut throat la like this.......TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, PLEASE DONT SUBSCRIBE P1. Dompet lubang boleh jahit, tapi hati yang lubang macam mana mau jahit?!

totally agree... after your quota finish, u will suffer the 128kbps that unable to load anything at all, no to mention about light surfing,!!!


plus their amazing customer service ,.. no response, nonsense reply, and yet perfectly ignoring you = amazing!!!!!






is also way better than p1 at least they are running 384kbps at all time, download movie + youtube streaming at least still possible!

i would rather paying rm100 to get UNLIMITED 384kbps with no FUP than so called "UNLIMITED 1.2Mbps with Fcked up FUP"....

yea totally true,!!1 that's why i using this DIGI as back up,. glad i did buy it, so worth it, at least browsing, facebook, window live, skype video call all running smooth and well no matter what day of the month,. is truly unlimited and yet consistency is VERY HIGH compare with P1!!!

Actually they did try to switch to that kind of system for the RM99 package in Dec 09 i think, but it is being rolled back 2 weeks after the implementation. Now i am a happy user for the prepaid internet. ISP did not perform? Switch instantly.

sigh my internet is 9 gb left out of 30 gb ..

rite now i carefully use my p1 for youtube viewing only and download small stuff ..

right now, i didnt use it anymore, i just pack the modem into the original box and dump it in my store room, as i dont bother to do anything with it,.. am happy with back up DIGI 384kbps and maxis too!

my friend p1 wimax always lost its signal in his office.

Digi is out of my list forever, imho Digi provide the most shitty service, which company that can allow their customer to click the f**king coonect button for multiple minutes, and dc you in less then 5 mins, and end up i cant even connect even for edge, not to mention the 3G, the best part is base on thier cs reply, which mean, they dont give a damn on it. I promise I will hantam Digi gao gao when ever got chances.

teh digi postpaid broadband and digi prepaid sim broadband is happening,. but DIGI prepaid DATA internet SIM is alright, nothing wrong with it,. and the consistency is still 70% ,.. 384kbps is good as long as it is stable and way better than p1 128kbps ( cannot load any websites at all ),..!!!

at least DIGI dont sugar coating their service, not like p1 sugar coating so thick and then now sucks up and modify all contract from 400kbps FUP to 128kbps FUP,.... instead of trying to add more capacity to their signal tower, they cut existing customer capacity to provide to more new user!!! sucks,..

That is why i use prepaid internet. If any ISP i am using is not performing, just switch to other prepaid internet service. No anymore.
