for phase 1, i remember i read about bbq in deed of mutual but can't remember exactly the detailed about it. about badminton hall, it is not stated in the deed of mutual at all.

it took me within 10 days only. no worries.

s&p can sign 1st while waiting for epf withdrawal.


about down payment need to settle within a certain time frame, u may inform developer that u need extra time for epf withdrawal,then they will give u to sign a letter stated due to epf withdraw u r allow to have extra 2 weeks.

yes, correct. but if u want the money go to ur bank, need a copy of ur photocopy bank book front page. about the 1 copy offer letter, do u mean loan offer letter? if it is then ok.

KFC already in business a month ago, near to the bintang hypermarket. for the petronas station that under construction, someone has say either burger king or mcdonald will be at the constructing petronas station. will it be mcdonald? because the petronas at kuchai lama has mcdonald.

on 3rd, 4th and 5th of february 2010, i purposely pass by the site on my way to go home. nothing is started at all. still the piece of same old land. in addition, i pass by the site (come back from yam cha) 20 minutes ago from now which is now at 0211 on 7th march 2010, still an empty land there!

ok, assumed that lady doesn't tell lie, again assume those piling machines next to the petrol station will eventually drive to 1120PA construction land in april? because 0211445 just said that the land next to petrol station is not for 1120 PA and he is right to me because as i know as well the piece of land that next to petrol station is to build a few row of shop-lots instead.

all legal paper is documented as apartment.
