is register you mean to subscribe the UNIFI service? no problem to help out as in put down one's name to show support or let TM know's there is a need of UNIFI service in our area but definitely not subscribe with money paid for something we do not need.

ya, definitely not that huge at all, to be believed most of the people here are 1120 PA buyer should know there are 5 blocks in 1120PA. that screenshot was picked to give an idea of the position of B1 and B3.

one's to tell, very much depend on how long would one's willing to spend to travel vice-versa puchong, sunway and more other places. who's know? some probably enjoy spend time sitting in the car, drive or whatever. you tell us.

dont worry look at the market let's get to know the fact about what is the highest income level community in kl and pj (or even in the world) and high income level community is fewer than 2% from the highest income level in in kl and pj (or even in the world)

there are few ktm stations along old klang road, not lrt at all along old klang road.

sunway does not have ktm or lrt at all. the nearest ktm to sunway is next to subang parade and the nearest lrt to sunway is lrt kelana jaya.

i had impression someone has posted in this thread said each of the blocks are in charged by 5 respective contractors. most probably answered your question if that is the case.

seems Ms Choo is not tell the truth which also implied my post #1762 is no longer valid. please check with tzemania refer to tzemania post #1777 about 5 contractors for respective blocks which could be the answer for your question.

yes, it is not in the s&p but in a separate letter called promotion letter signed by us and 1120 PA.

i agreed to Condo Hunter. a good friend of mine was required to pay RM100k downpayment to buy a unit in Anjung Hijau Apartment at Bukit Jalil. The apartment owner would like to sell at RM350k (fried like 18th hell instead of only like hell) but bank's valuer can offer only RM200k. anyway, the problem of overestimate of own condo price got to be faced seriously and often by those buying a condo at starting price RM350k rather than us in the near future...
